1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Hutlavgis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hutlavgis provides engine diagnostics, auto maintenance, and mechanical repair services across Malaysia. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You agree not to misuse our facilities or equipment

4. Liability & Warranties

Hutlavgis provides services "as-is." We are not liable for vehicle damage resulting from improper use or pre-existing conditions not disclosed. All diagnostic reports are based on current vehicle condition at time of service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with GDPR and Malaysian data protection regulations. Personal data collected is used solely for service delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Refunds for services are subject to our refund policy and cannot exceed the service fee paid.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Malaysian law and jurisdiction of courts in Kuala Lumpur.
